I'm planning to move
You're researching Spain, comparing areas, working out paperwork, housing, work or timing — and want to know what comes first.
Relocation pathway
Moving to Spain is exciting. Getting established shouldn’t be overwhelming.
Spain can be wonderful. The unfamiliar systems, language, paperwork and everyday decisions can be less wonderful. Find Me in Spain gives you someone to talk to, a clear way forward and practical help when you need it — whether you're still planning, already here, or building something of your own.
Understand areas, housing and the practical steps around settling into a home.
Help with the everyday things that make Spain feel less foreign and more like home.
When you need a specialist, we help you look for an appropriate professional.
Real communication and genuine guidance — not a faceless checklist.
Tell us where you are and we can tailor the conversation. You don't need to have everything figured out before speaking to us.
You're researching Spain, comparing areas, working out paperwork, housing, work or timing — and want to know what comes first.
Relocation pathwayYou have arrived and now need help navigating real life: registrations, Spanish lessons, a gym, a tradesperson, appointments or simply knowing who to call.
Settling-in pathwayYou're expanding, relocating or researching an opportunity in Spain and want practical research and someone locally involved.
Business pathwayWe help you find your way through the practical side of life in Spain. We don't claim to be the plumber, lawyer, estate agent, teacher or other specialist ourselves. Where you need someone, we can help identify and contact appropriate people or services where possible.
Help finding suitable Spanish classes, private teachers or language options that fit your level, location and routine.
Need a plumber, electrician, builder, cleaner or other tradesperson? We'll help you look for an appropriate local option.
Practical guidance for things like Correos, utilities, internet, mobile services and other everyday tasks.
Help finding gyms, activities, clubs, communities and local options that match the life you want to build.
When you need a lawyer, gestor, accountant, tax adviser or another qualified professional, we can help you look for one.
We can help you understand what needs to happen, prepare for appointments and find the appropriate route where assistance is permitted.
Every client receives empathy, honest guidance and a real person to talk to. What changes between the tiers is how deeply Find Me in Spain becomes involved.
A one-off personalised starting point. Ideal if you're curious, planning ahead or not ready to commit to a larger service.
For people who know they want to move or settle in Spain, but aren't ready for full concierge. We become an active support point while you remain in control.
A comprehensive, highly personalised service for clients who want one point of contact before, during and after their move.
Practical research and hands-on coordination for entrepreneurs, companies and international professionals exploring Spain.
From Mediterranean mornings to whitewashed towns and evenings by the sea, the point isn't simply to arrive. It's to build a life you actually want.
We work closely with people and businesses across different sectors and can help identify, recommend and, with your permission, contact an appropriate professional when your situation requires specialist expertise.
We don't replace regulated professionals. Their services and fees are separate, and you choose whether to engage them.
Our business service is for entrepreneurs and companies who want more than a list of links. We can research locations, markets, competitors, suppliers, premises and practical considerations, then help coordinate the people and next steps required to move an idea forward.
For the right projects, we can be directly involved in the practical side of establishing or expanding the business in Spain, while regulated legal, tax, accounting and other specialist work remains with the relevant professional.
“I had no idea where to begin and they were so patient. Their communication was great and I really felt supported and secure throughout such a big step.”— Client from London
“They helped me identify where to live, find a house and navigate the practical process of settling in. A year later I was living in Spain, working and connected with a community.”— Client from Dublin
That's completely fine. Tier 1 is designed as a one-off starting point. You can get clarity now and decide later when you want more involvement.
Tier 1 gives you a personalised plan and manual. Tier 2 adds active support while you remain responsible for carrying out your own journey. Tier 3 is our comprehensive concierge service, with much deeper coordination before, during and after the move.
Yes. If your needs grow, we can discuss moving you to a higher level. For Tier 2, we currently intend to offer an upgrade credit toward Concierge when the upgrade is made within the stated period and the final Concierge scope is agreed.
No. We help you find appropriate independent providers or services. We can research options, make introductions and coordinate communication where agreed. We cannot guarantee that a particular provider will be available or suitable for every situation.
We'll make a genuine effort to help and, where possible, suggest another route. Some requests may be limited by location, availability, language, specialist requirements or other circumstances.
We provide practical navigation and coordination. Where a matter requires regulated specialist advice, we help you identify and contact an appropriate qualified professional.
Our higher-level services can include area research, property-search assistance and coordination with estate agents. Regulated property and legal work remains with the relevant professionals.
We can provide practical guidance, research and relevant connections. We do not guarantee employment or act as a recruitment agency unless separately authorised to do so.
Yes. These are exactly the kinds of everyday requests our wider support can help with. We can guide you through the task or help look for an appropriate local service.
We can help with the introduction and coordination agreed within your service. The professional then deals directly with you regarding their specialist service, fees, advice, timing and work.
We work with international clients and tailor the guidance to your nationality, current country of residence and circumstances. Different nationalities can have different routes and requirements.
Our fixed-fee packages pay for the defined Find Me in Spain work, not for the processing time of a government body. A long government processing period does not automatically create extra charges. Additional ongoing support is agreed separately.
No. Fees charged by lawyers, gestores, accountants, estate agents, tradespeople, teachers or other external providers are separate and should be approved by you before you engage them.
Whether you're dreaming about Spain, already here or building a business, start with a conversation. Tell us what's going on and we'll help you work out what makes sense next.
