Ongoing but limited support. Includes the Tier 1 foundation plus practical assistance, email, WhatsApp and telephone support, normally 1–2 calls per week within the package limits, and follow-up on agreed tasks. Price, duration and exact limits are presented before purchase.

No guarantee is given for government approvals, residency, citizenship, NIE/TIE, employment, housing, banking, property availability or third-party performance.
Fixed-fee work pays for Find Me in Spain's defined work, not for the time a government body takes to process an application. Ongoing services are billed only according to their agreed terms.
