Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

Consumer withdrawal

Where a consumer contract is concluded at a distance or off-premises, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. The general statutory period for many distance contracts is 14 days, subject to legal exceptions.

Services beginning during the withdrawal period

If a consumer expressly asks Find Me in Spain to begin providing a service before the withdrawal period ends, the checkout/contracting process should record that request and the legally required acknowledgement. Where permitted, payment may be due for the proportion supplied if the consumer later withdraws. Where a service is fully performed after the required express request and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may cease where the legal conditions are met.

Ongoing services

Tier 2, Tier 3 and other recurring services may be cancelled according to the individual contract and applicable consumer law. The customer is informed before purchase of billing, any minimum commitment, cancellation method and effective date.

How to cancel

Send a request to info@findmeinspain.com identifying your name, service and request. A statutory withdrawal form may be used where applicable.

Important: The final checkout and cancellation flow must be aligned with the actual payment provider, service structure and applicable consumer rules before paid checkout is activated.
